Lengthening shims fit over the stripper screw threads and under the shoulder which, in effect, lengthens the stripper screw length. Made from 1075 tempered spring steel. Fits six different shoulder screw sizes from 1/4 in to 3/4 in Dia. Precision Brand® 300-piece lengthening shim kit contains 50 each of the following sizes in 0.015 in THK: 0.171 in ID x 0.248 in OD, 0.234 in ID x 0.308 in OD, 0.289 in ID x 0.371 in OD, 0.352 in ID x 0.496 in OD, 0.473 in ID x 0.621 in OD and 0.598 in ID x 0.746 in OD.
