The Mars “Proven Cost Savings” Process:

| Identify the Opportunity
Call your Mars rep or email us at [email protected]  and we'll visit your facility and assess the specific situation or process you would like us to help with.

| Solve the Problem
Working with you, we’ll figure out the options and decide on a solution. If it’s a tooling application, we will provide test samples and eventually identify the best product for the job. If it’s a logistic or operational type dilemma, we’ll discuss options and move forward with whatever solution you/we think solves the problem.

| Track the Cost Savings
Once all parties are satisfied with the results and ready to move forward, your Mars rep will use their Cost Savings Tracker App (called Value Docs) to document and tabulate cost savings as time goes on. All this information will be easily accessible for you, too.

| Support the Improvement
Mars will ensure any products used in the new process are stocked locally or readily available from the supplier.
