The slots in these high precision sleeves are cut using ultra precision EDM (electronic wire discharge) technology, ensuring the most accurate ID possible and providing strong clamping force. Assemble the cutting tool into the sleeve first, then insert the assembly into the hydraulic toolholder. Do not load sleeve and collet separately. Turn the clamping screw clockwise to apply clamping pressure.
