How do I register for an account?

If you are a current customer, you should have received an account activation email. When you click "Activate Account," it will transfer you to a page where you will set your password. The account activation email address will be your username. The email is good for 5 days. However, please reach out if you need us to resend the email.

If you are a current customer and didn't receive and email, please use the chat function and a Customer Service Rep will either resend the email or get you set up as a user. 

If you are a NEW customer, please use the chat function and a Customer Service Rep will go through the necessary steps to get you registered. Additional information may be needed before you can begin using the website!

How do I order items on the website?

Search for the item(s) you want to buy and add them to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can also remove an item by clicking on the "X" icon located in the top right corner of the item in the Shopping Cart. Once you’ve filled your cart with everything you need, click the "Checkout" button to begin processing the order.

At Checkout, enter your billing, payment and shipping information to process your order. A confirmation email will be sent upon order completion. 

How can I add items to my shopping cart quickly?

If you know the item number(s) for your item(s) and the quantity you want to buy, click on the "Quick Order" button located on the top right corner of the website header. The item number will auto populate as you type, select the item you want and add the quantity. Click the "Add to Order" button. Repeat this process for as many items as you want. When you are finished, click "Add All to Cart & Check Out." 

You can also save this Quick Order to a shopping list to easily duplicate this order. On this page, you can also Upload an Order -- just follow the instructions.

How do I remove items from the shopping cart?

To remove an item from your cart, simply clicking on the "X" icon located in the top right corner of the item.

How do I create a shopping list?

On each item you are able to "Add to List". When you click "Add to List", it will ask you to create a new list or assign the item to an existing list. This is a manual way to set up a list. 

If you created an order and want to save the items as a list when you are in the shopping cart, you can select "Add All to List" - follow the prompts and the item list will be saved.

If you have a substantial list, please reach out to your sales rep or start a chat and we can help you import the list! This is a great tool and can speed up the ordering process!

Can I purchase items as a guest?

Yes, website visitors can place orders as Guests with a credit card.  However, you will have more website features available if you are registered as a MarsSupply.com user. As a Guest, you will not see promotional or special pricing your company may have established with Mars Supply. Order history and the ability to check pending invoices are other features that are unavailable as a Guest.

Can I return items through the website?

Please contact a member of our Customer Support Team or start a chat. Either way, they will be able to help.

What can I access in my Mars Account?

Once you are logged in, your name will be visible in the top right corner by the shopping cart. Depending on your user type, you may have limitations as to what you can see or do on the website. Click on your name to view your options.

Registered MarsSupply.com users can access and modify their account information, view order history, view invoices, add UPS/FedEx collect accounts, approve orders, plus much more. Reach out to us if you have any questions about what features are available on our website.

How do I apply for a job at Mars Supply?

Visit our Employment Page to see if there are any current career opportunities available or to print a job application. You may either email your resume and completed application form to [email protected] or fax both items to (218) 628-3594.

How can I get a quote?

If you would like a quote, add the item(s) to the shopping cart and select "Request A Quote." You may add any notes you would like. When you are ready, click submit quote. Guest shoppers do not have the option to request quotes.
