The wheel features alternating cloth and non-woven flaps for more aggressive and less conforming grinding than flap wheels with all non-woven flaps and less aggressive grinding than all cloth flap wheels. A premium aluminum oxide grain pairs with a durable resin bond and web for consistent cutting and sturdy, yet conformable grinding on intricate shapes and contours. As the resin bond and web wear away, fresh abrasives are continuously exposed to maintain a steady cut rate.
