Wheels in our standard Abrasives™ quick-change aluminum oxide unitized wheel 600 Series have a soft to medium density, making them a good match for medium pressure cleaning and blending on flat or contoured parts. These non-woven abrasive wheels are also effective for removing small burrs and radiusing edges. The TR threaded hub makes tool attachment and grade swapouts quick and easy. Our standard Abrasives™ quick-change aluminum oxide (A/O) unitized wheel 600 Series has a soft to medium density when compared to other wheels in our standard Abrasives™ unitized wheels line, and is designed with increased edge durability over our 500 Series wheels. Constructed with fine grade (FIN) aluminum oxide, this double duty abrasive combines durability with a fine scratch pattern, making it a great choice for smaller areas of the workpiece that require an aggressive cut yet soft finish - namely, tough blending and polishing applications. Use our standard Abrasives™ quick-change A/O 600 Series unitized wheel for blending and refining surfaces of jet blade airfoil, blending parting lines from cast turbine blades and vanes, blending stainless steel surgical instruments, mill marks and machine mismatches and removing minor pits, scratches, resins/adhesive overspray, coating and plastic mold flashing.
